- The 2023 Giant Reign Advanced pro 1 is a serious bit of kit, something I am delighted to have had the chance to ride. It's not very often a bike as good as this comes along and without doubt it is hands down the best bike I have ridden in a long long time.

thankyou for the great video, im thinking about getting this bike and you have really helped me.
No problem.
It's a fantastic bike, you won't regret it.
Thanks for all the info I’ve just got the advanced pro 1 on the way! Very excited!
Great stuff, seriously good bike, let me know what you think of it.
Did you keep 62.5 stroke or go to 65mm
@@squillydog471 I used the 65 with the intention of stepping it down to 62.5, it feels fantastic with no frame issues so might just leave it as is.
@@PedalhoundsTV doesn’t bottom out on the frame ? Have you pulled the coil off and tested ? I’m debating whether I get a 62.5 or 65
@@squillydog471 it was the first thing I tested, plus I have a 65 on my Reign E for the 7 months with no issues.
How does it compare to your Cannondale Jekyll?
It is way better than the Jekyll, it climbs better, the rear feels much more active, it's lighter, more nimble, I could go on, it is honestly the best bike i have ridden since my Mondraker dune XR from 2015.
What size frame and height?
Size medium and 5ft 8.5 inches
@@PedalhoundsTV awesome. Was thinking about nabbing a large frame im 6’0
@@ShutUpSceneKid69 be a perfect fit for you, one of the guys in the club is on a large at 6ft and it's perfect for him.
You'll love it.
@@PedalhoundsTV sounds good! Ill have to nab one before they’re gone
Hi
How is your height in cm 🙏
I'm 178cm 😊
@@PedalhoundsTV with 50 mm stem ? don’t feel too small on steep twisty terrain ?…
@@mikeborges31 45mm stem, no not at all, it feels fantastic, easily the best bike I have ridden in a long time.
Going to set it up mullet this weekend and see how it feels.
@@PedalhoundsTV thanks a lot
Because im 180 with short legs and so many people advice me to take L
But wheelbases on L are soooo big
@@mikeborges31 I tried the large and couldn't get on with it at all, as soon as I jumped on the medium I felt instantly at home.
I have a 32 inseam, short body and long arms.
If you can throw a leg over both sizes you will see what I mean.
Don't like fox but you wearing a fox shirt
Free T-shirt from my shop, why wouldn't I wear it 👕😊
