Rules say the white player has to try a capture of that tower combo, which would fault the leaner. So depending on what happens to that stack after the leaner faults, that could be a clever setup by the black player. U could also set up a house rule for such a rare situation.
And if u fault the leaner while holding a tower, normal fault rules apply and the discs in hand r added to ur unplayed discs much like the Action disc. So yah if u can repeat creating that stack combo with a leaner, u really screw ur opponent. Or when u fault, just give the tower to ur opponent to place. Again i'd set a house rule for this.
