It's like a tribute to Heavy Metal.. the comic. The lead singer looks like she stepped out of a piece of Chris Achilléos artwork. Her vocals remind me of Sonja Kristina and Grace Slick. 70's hard rock riffage is also plus.

I'm definitely getting some "Munchausen By Proxy" vibes here, albeit the medieval stoner rock version of MBP. Mind blown! I didn't realize this was what was missing from my life until now, but Wow! They checked off so many boxes for me! I came here for the red head and was blown away that Red Sonja can not only fend off a scantily clad 6 foot tall rat with her sword but can sing and play guitar? No way! This is one talented band! The sword & scythe battle and its subsequent fatalities were the icing on the cake for me. Extra bonus points go to the sound guy for recording this so well. Castle Rat, Now is Forever... In This Realm!
