This mod is super necessary (to me) ! Ngl, I low key slept on this mod but as I got into learning cars I realized the importance of it, glad you knocking this out !

The attention to detail (to even the small minute) things, are what separates your builds. Keep up the good work....the grind don't stop - - sweat equity!! 💪🏾🙏🏾👌🏾

I've watched 2 of your e36 upgrading videos now and neither one has your opinion of how it actually changed. Curious what difference you actually feel driving it. Anyone can read the product description in a sales ad that says what it does but it would be nice to have first hand "seat of your pants" reactions. Great step by step on the videos though.

Eager to see this pure 850 video, and what tyres would you recommend for roughly 600-700hp, i want r888r but the treadlife is a huge issue for me .

Long story short they actually sent me the pure 800 and not the pure 850 so now I’m just doing the pure800 lol. If you want grip tread life as a concern I suggest going with Michelin PS4 tires. Any of these R compound tires are going to wear out quicker than usual

Looks like I left a bunch of random blank space in the video 😂😂 I’ll cut that out

Hey Thic. What impact wrench are you using? And well done for doing both sides in the front together. Most people don't realize that when only one side is up all the weight is on that side.

Hey dude this is the one that I’ve been using, it’s on the cheaper side but it’s worked very well for me so far: amzn.to/3Cr83ND

Good stuff! Surprised you have not pressure wash the underside of the car.

The thing is, visually my sway bar bushing look like they've got play but, I asked the mechanic during the MOT test a week ago to check it & he said it's ok, then I asked my mechanic & also said it's ok & he only changed the lower control arm bushing 'cos that was destroyed. Throughout the life of the car I've changed the entire lower & control arm bushing, tie rods, links etc thrice but, never changed the sway bar bushing once. Don't you think the visually bad sway bar bushings is the culprit for these frequent damage on other suspension parts? I'm thinking these mechanics want me to keep coming back as that's how they put food on their table by solving problems good enough so that you have a reason to reason.

Sway bar bushings are meant to have play, however if the sway bar is moving left to right..it may be time to replace it

Just drop the muffler to do the rear bar. It is a much better approach, leave the shocks alone. Anyway it's time to refresh & bulk up those crappy muffler hangers anyway, right? Also, take a 13mm socket to the top of the end link bracket and drop the whole thing , don't mess with disassembling the end-link while its on the car. Use ONE wrench on ONE nut and make your life easy. IMO this guy did way too much work that he didn't have to do.

0:57 you shouldn't be able to lift the spring like that, you don't have any preload :O

Biggest mistake ppl make is tightening down end links while suspension is up in the air still

That part should be handled on an alignment rack, under load. Not much you can do in an apartment garage.
