Going to go ahead and say it. Way better looking than the VA model. The angles and contour is wider and has more curves. Beautiful car.

REALLY clean build! Beautiful car. I commend the choose of exhaust and tire size. Both practical and logical choices for those of us that drive our cars in the real world.
I was shocked at the amount of power these cars make. It took so much work to get 330WHP on pump gas on my old VA (accessport, intake, intercooler, charge pipe, headers, j-pipe, catback, tgv and egr deletes, and a boost controller). In total, many thousands of dollars worth of parts, and a dyno tune to boot.
I felt that 330-350WHP was about the sweet spot for a daily, and don't want to deal with having to find ethanol. With my '22, it was a piece of cake! Paid like $100 for Cobb to update my Accessport to accept the VB. Mishimoto Intake, MBRP Catback, Protune. DONE. 330WHP. I'll get the Cobb intercooler when the weather starts getting hot again.
Like... What the hell? These things are taking to tuning like German cars! 100WHP for a couple grand in parts!

Clean super love the lip spoiler. Never been a fan of the giant clown wing. Id do a 2 inch lift as id be setting up for a rally inspired look.

It's interesting the HP/TQ ratio is like that for this (330HP/350ft/tq). My 18 STI is at ~290HP and 341ft/tq at 4900RPM. That's only with a turbo back and modest pro-tune. How are people finding the transmissions to be? I know in past WRX models the transmission wasn't bad, but compared to the robust STI, it was rather thin geared. Great build though. I am glad Subaru at least kept making the WRX.
Just picked up my Premium VB WRX yesterday. First time getting into a Subaru, I already have the paint matched fender flares enroute but please tell me someone is working on a full headlight replacement... I can't stand the stock headlight assembly in the Premium

Looks clean. All except for the rain guards and vortex generator. I think those cheapen the look of any car. Especially the vortex generator. It doesn’t really do much for aerodynamics and it looks silly.

I’m waiting for midlife cycle refresh before I make the switch to VB. Apparently there was a 2024 brz manual with functioning eyesight and adaptive cruise control seen around as a press car. Hoping the mid lifecycle refresh gets those goodies plus some exterior changes
When would this happen? Like which specific year and month? I have no idea the cycle of these cars. Would be much appreciated if you're aware

The new 2024 WRX will have all of those amenities like the 2024 BRZ if that’s something you are wanting. Personally I’m grateful I got a 2023 so I don’t have all of those things added.

I’m running a +24 offset rim setup atm and wanting to install coilovers.
I’m worried that the wheels won’t fit. I’m not too worried about shaving the fenders but I am curious; what else do I have to install to successfully get the car lowered? Is shaving the fenders all I’ll need to do?

why do you jump into the cosmetic mods when we are trying to learn how to build a 380hp setup. just stick to the relevant mods that increase performance..

It's funny how I drive all over LA every day with no front license plate and I have never been ticketed for that even when I was pulled over for other things which is a very rare occurrence. And I'm driving loud, high-profile cars all the time. I wonder why they would pull you guys over and I never get pulled over for that or much of anything really unless I get caught speeding which I have been very lucky not to get caught because I never drive the speed limit here. I also drive in the carpool lane with no stickers by myself all the time and I have only gotten ticketed for that once over the past 15 years. Maybe I'm just lucky because I don't even know what happens to the front license plates once I take them off. I just know I have not seen any of them since that day I took them off. They really make the car look bad with them on and I can't drive around looking bad like that when I know that all it takes is for me to remove a couple of screws and my car looks so much better. I would not worry so much about having a front license plate installed if I were you, my friend, because the cops out here don't care about that kind of thing as much as they do about how loud you are. And even that they won't mess with me unless they catch me speeding or something like that.

I don't understand this car. I think it sobs every night in the garage not understanding itself and the fate that was bestowed upon it. None of the modifications done in this video are related to why you'd actually buy a WRX. It's a lot of money to spend on cosmetics without improving the iconic WRX platform modders buy them for. It is literally the the WRX version of a Jeep "mall crawler" and I imagine it has already been somehow crashed since this video went up.
And if you really want to go full cosmetic spec on a WRX, do the fake plastic grilling before the dipstick handle.
