"Singinaadam " , " vasa vasa" all is vry our own family words. i was searching tavalai vadai authentic receipe. Thank you. And nice to see Amma. Am a Carnatic Flutist at Chennai ...i like " indaatu samayal"
I love the camaraderie between mother and son. I enjoy watching your presentations. Mami is an excellent cook. She explains every traditional recipe, very well. Will definitely try the "thavalai vadai' recipe. Thank you.
I just love the way Mrs.Rama speak and your son gives lots of reactions which is out of the world coz every house it's the same I just love you both please let her speak and speak and speak you made my day ❣️😘....
Great to see sons of this generation getting very competent and involved in keeping our cooking tradition alive!! Three cheers and God Bless!! Yes, "singinaatham" reminds me of dialogue between me and my children! Amma, what on earth is that!
Rakesh and Rama aunty I am a big fan of your conversation...more than learning a recipe..you are taking me into a nostalgic world.. especially the way you say ..sari ma..that's awesome.. even I use those words with my mom as we have all liberty with her..
Omg... Aunty rocks the show every time. More than the recipe & the crispy vadai, the highlight of this episode is the word 'Siginaadham'. My granny always use this word & my mom rarely use it. Lots of love from us to her ❤️
This vada is very famous in விருத்தாச்சலம். ருசி டிஃபன் centre. Famous for sambar vada and thavala vasai. Thengai pallu palla potturuppanga. Pasi payaru konjam araikkama maavula mix panniruppanga. Thanks for bringing back those beautiful memories.
Many happy returns of the day to Mr.Raghunathan... Lovely family...Amma s so sweet...Like mother ,Like son. Would love to see all the other members of this wonderful family..... .
Tq you mother n son for sharing the lovely receipe. I must try out this receipe looks delicious. Birthday greeting to yr father. Warm greetings from Malaysia.
This is Latha Raghuraman, I want to share with you one thing Rakesh which is a slight variation to this thavalai vadai. My mother in law used to make a dry coarse powder of the ingredients except coconut. This is like an instant mix , she adds water, grated coconuts and shallow fries it in dosa tawa till it becomes crispy
Yes in 1979 I was not having mixi and even urai I used to grind it from machine .Whenever needed I socked this power (which is grinded a little big rava) in hot water adding coconut and salt.Added red chillies when grinding.
More than your recipes, I enjoy your conversations filled with casual humour. It's raining here in Mumbai so I will do this thavalai vadai today. Thanks for the recipe.
I love watching your program that to with your mother and your singing Carnatic music also wonderful but i cannot understand why you change your parambram when you taste non veg food
I can so liken myself to using the words your mum uses like “ singhinaatham” - so appropriately used and which my big boys wonder where i got from... thanks for the episodes...
