Sofirn SP40A flashlight - problem with full charge indicator

Complaint video showing the lack of a full charging green LED indicator for the Sofirn SP40A flashlight. My flashlight only charged fully once (the green diode lit up). Then, after a few uses, I wanted to charge it again and it was no longer possible to charge it fully - only the red diode kept flashing. It charged for 12 hours with a Motorola 10W charger. Then I changed to a Samsung charger - it didn't change anything.
