    I have all six trucks I only run 3 of them they have been completely gone threw front back re did shock oil few tweaks aluminum bars 31 pinion my times vary 2.7-2.6 on a non prepped parking lot. But I’m mainly focused on 66 times quick first half. But I’m really enjoying your videos man please keep it up 👍🏽

    Yes, settle down the front, actually a sloppy front end works to keep the wheels on the ground when you launch, use a bump stop to keep the front of the chassis from hitting the pavement, that’s a way of controlling droop, like the limiter inside the shock, the bump stop goes on the outside at the bottom of the shock shaft.
    If you are getting in the mid 2s with a near stock drag slash that’s pretty darn good 👍 👍👍

      I was definitely surprised and so were the guys I was competing against. They asked me how long I had been racing and I told them that was my first competition race period. They were awe struck. Took home second place.

    I've been hearing That if the shocks are locked out with no movement that is the fastest

      I've only done a couple passes with no limiters and I can say I dont see very much of a difference. I've noticed on my slow mo video that it sits back harder on the rear wheels giving more weight transfer and I don't spin as much off the line. But that's really it. No change in ET.

    3.05 to a 2.34 that's a big gap. I would imagine either 1 or the other could be wrong. Was out running last weekend with a buddy that has a new losi Ford truck completely stock his truck ran 3.05 at 45 to 47 mph. He used some of my got launch prep and ran a best 2.81 at 47 mph on his gnss.

      I can agree. I'm not sure which to really go off of. Went out last night and was pulling a 2.95 consistently between 47-53mph. Idk which to really base myself off of. That's the losi I have of course. A buddy talked me out of my drag slash.

      @@GirthyTikTak your buddy was probably right. Although I'm a traxxas guy never owned anything but. The losi out of the box is the fastest choice from what I have seen and heard. In drag racing you really can't go wrong with a motor that turns higher rpm unless of course you're running a diesel. Of course we are talking 1:1 cars here. But this rc stuff pretty much mirrors real race cars.

      @GirthyTikTak  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah. I kept my losi. I enjoyed the drag slash but like you said, the losi is the fastest box stock. So I'm going to continue to build it and hope to get it into the low 2s lol.

      @@GirthyTikTak have you got any of the ultra blue reactions yet. I'm still waiting on the 2 pairs I ordered.

      I do. I like them. Better grip and less break in. I literally pulled them out of the bag and barely burned out, without prep, and was able to hold straight.
