Very nice video! I did the same on my Amazon. With K cam and 92mm bore it did120hk on the wheels P.S Canuck has a great YT chanel called Throttle stop garage.
Just happened upon your channel - I’ve been planning to try some very similar porting for my 122s and 145 using the same references. (that turbobricks thread is great!) Great to see it described and done on video - really excited to see how it does! What camshaft are you going to use with it?
👍 I put k-cam last week. th-cam.com/video/XDT-QtmFDNQ/w-d-xo.html I played ”safe” and chosed it. I should be able to use same jets in my webers with that cam. The head is actually in the machine shop at the moment and I hope i get it back soon.
We have all been beginners, go ahead and trim so maybe you will be as good as an old fox named Timo Kurmo / "Timo's Motor" famous Volvo engine trimmer, which unfortunately has moved on.
Good job Hans!
Very nice.
Thanks!🤗

Thanks.👍 That 120 hp is very nice.👌 And thanks for the tip. I’ll check Canuck’s channel for sure.
I have seen references that lifting the floor of the exhaust ports by 5-6mm gains 15hp.
That will propably make better flow.👍
👍👍👍

Hej Hans! Don´t go too big on the exhaust valves, they will be too close to the combustionchamber wall and flow worse than the 35mm valves /Erik
That’s a very good point.👍
