It seems to me that the fan should be painted orange. I watched a video on Rob's channel, where he lubricates the rubber rings of the pump with silicone grease, and the gasket is lubricated with a sealant that does not freeze (hylomar Blue). I, too, will have to replace the pump in the near future. How to get it done well. Do rubber rings fit normally without lubrication? Maybe they can be lubricated with antifreeze for easier assembly.
Thanks. At least I managed to fit gaskets easily with out lubricant. This is my first b20 assembly so I don't really know yet what is the best way... It will be a great adventure to start this engine for the first time. The might be some leaks... ;)
