It is a vision about an ephah basket (used for grain), a wicked woman is cast into its midst & sealed w/a talent of lead. Two other winged woman (w/unclean bird wings) lift her up between heaven & earth. They take her to Shinar to build her a House (bayith) & set her on her own base (mekunah). Could this be the prophecy of Babylon being rebuilt as a center of economic power? The ephah=economic commerce The woman=wickedness Two woman=evil spiritual forces Shinar=Babylon House=palace or stock exchange Base=new base of world trade (ie: mystery Babylon empire)
