    This is a video on how to make Acha (fonio) swallow which you can eat together with any kind of soup you want.
    HOW TO MAKE ACHA FOR SWALLOW
    When you buy acha in the market you have to blend it into fine flour.
    Add water (depending on the quantity you’re making) and allow to boil.
    After the water have boil, take out a little amount of the water and set aside, you will need it later.
    Pour in the smoothly grinded acha gradually and stir with a turning stick.
    Make sure the acha mixes properly with the water and is not too soft or too thick.
    Pour in the water which you took out earlier into the pot of acha.
    Cover and allow it to boil again.
    Then stir thoroughly and your acha swallow is ready.
    Optional
    You can decide to wrap your acha / fonio in a leather and mould it to your desire shape.
    Acha (Fonio) is a super grain that is rich in essential vitamins and minerals. It is good for children, pregnant women and diabetics’ patients.

      You can get Acha in the market, then you take it to those grinding to grind it for you. If you can't find it, I can actually make the acha flour and send to you.

      That's not true. This is acha for swallow (just like garri, pounded yam, semo etc you eat with egusi soup, okro etc ).
      The acha you take in form of a pap/oats is the one you don't grind.
