No, these aren't chai seeds. They are called finger millet.

This thing is called TAMBA. Not finger millet. Tamba. Not everything native to us has to have an English name. We can simply tell the world it's name is Tamba and let the world get used to it.
You don't have to remind me because I know the name is Tamba. All local herbs or grains have their English name to begin with.
