Tuwon shinkafa.. Tuwo is generally swallow/fufu,and then whatever follows the fufu is determined by the grain used. Like tuwon shinkafa which is rice swallow/fufu , tuwon masara is corn swallow/fufu, Tuwon alkama is wheat swallow/fufu ,etc

Great work! I do make use of the floury type though cos you have to make use of a poweful blender like BuchiMix or Ninja to be able to get such result.

It's same texture and feel like corn meal, corn food or whatever it's called. It isn't streachy or moldable like cassava, wheat or black amala. When it gets cold it crumbles.

Maybe putting some oil or butter will keep it moist (when mixing)
