So nice having trails right out of your driveway 😎 looks like a blast man.
Yeah man it's pretty convenience for sure.
That's a win having trails pretty much in the backyard. I'd be lying if I'd say I'm not a little jealous. lol
Haha yea man its convenient. That being said id kill for different scenery tbh lol
Nice ride! I need to take my Raptor out today for a quick rip!
Hell yea🤙🏻
i had a renegade 1000xxc for a season while i waited for my Scrambler to come in, it was a fun bike but i could never get over the drivetrain whine.
It is a rocket ship though haha, The whine is the cvt. You don't hear it with an exhaust lol i think the canam is a better built machine personally. I love my scrambler for the suspension but i dont jave the confidence on it like i do the renegade. That renegade has 1200 miles on it and is still like brand new. My scrambler already has worn out suspension components and loose steering. It's definitely a give and take with the polaris.
@@OdysseyOffroad yea can am don't mess around for sure, what has worn on the Scrambler just so i can keep an eye on it?
@@leedimatteo5078 steering stem bushing is shot it's only 700 mi on it there was at least of an eighth of an inch slop replaced it with jay parts unit. Also the drag link has a bunch of slop on it. I'll be replacing that next. Not uncommon issues.
@@OdysseyOffroad good to know thx, i bought a few things from Jay Parts, one being the cvt vent tube with the cage end, i had a mouse build a condo in mine, lol
@@leedimatteo5078 haha thats not fun!
Need these types of trails near me 😪
Haha these are just a few there are tons of trails in the other direction
Hey man great video. Good to see you enjoying riding with your wife. I was wondering sometimes don't you feel back pain when riding? Because when I do some long rides (50-100km) I end up having back pain on the road when I hit the bumps fast.(i ride a raptor with stock suspension, 95kg) do you feed the same or do you think it's just a riding technique problem. Thanks man and enjoy
Hey man thanks for the comment and stopping by first of all. When I ride my Raptor for a long time I get a little bit sore as well. Youu can alleviate a lot of that by standing up over the rough sections instead of sitting all the time. I just turned 47 so back pain comes with the territory lol. On the Scrambler it's pretty much like riding with a lazyboy though haha.
These scrambler 1000’s are nuts! I’m curious how the 850’s compare
They have much less suspension so in that regard not comparable. They are a tad lighter so power difference maybe close but idk. The 1000s though has a much beefier chassis, everything has been changed from the 850 and regular xp1000.
@@OdysseyOffroad they definitely are tempting. Especially when I see one for sale for about 12k brand new near me lol 😂 last years model but still brand new. Only issue is idk if my 92 ford ranger is hauling that thing lol probably be better off hauling the ranger with the scrambler lol
@@JacksonOffroad25 haha yeah these 1000 s's are insane in terms of the price tag. I could have several machines for the price of this thing. Also the size of a small truck and close to 1,000 lb
I have an 850 and my buddy has the 1000s. Power wise not much difference but as mentioned suspension wise its a huge gap. Front differentials are different. 1000s has the rzr 900 front diff and I ended up doing the cecco pinion cover cause they say stock is weak. 3 mode power steering vs no power steering. I rode both this weekend at AOAA and I noticed right away the overall difference
@@VetiExotics just picked up the sportsman XP 1000 s and rode AOAA and loved it, very capable machine
the Scrambler shoots dust like a sxs, lol
yea most atvs do but the scrambler is almost the size of a sxs lol
@@OdysseyOffroad are you still liking the Scrambler overall?
@@leedimatteo5078 yea i really do. It's a fun machine. I use it mostly on long rides with the wife through the mountain trails
@@OdysseyOffroad i cant ride mine out of my yard so i only have 380 miles on mine, no mechanical issues yet.
