I remember my first Necrosavant encounter. Was doing a contract and traveled through the woods at night. Saw a new enemy and went “Woah what’s this thing?” 4 of those bastards slaughtered half my company and even then, the survivors were mauled. At least after that encounter I learned
( I started a month ago) I wanted to give the lone wolf Hedge Knight a try. I got a map off some bandits and went to check it out. I went up against four of them. I was doing pretty well against everything up to that point and was confident, not arrogant. Not even half way through turn two, two of them teleported next to me. One hit me cutting my body armour to 1/4 still intact. (220) The second one attacked next and cut my Knight's head off with it's khopesh.
As far as I understand, Necrosavant do not move until round 4 if: - nobody attacks him - he has 8 allies at least - he has non-necrosavant allies - less than 10% of his allies are engaged in melee
I got stuck. I had my lone wolf and 2 brothers and was traveling through the dessert and while encamped they caught me. There were 7 of them and I completely got slaughtered. I used retreat and I lost the 2 other brothers i got so mad they were gladiators...
I think he taunts the wrong way. I try to taunt not with an adjacent tank but with a tank not next to the taunted target. So the necrosavants will teleport and then can attack only once. Thats even less risk for getting hit than taunting the ones right next to you.
If you have 4 nets (but with more nets, better chances to win)+12 dogs+12 bros, you can manage to kill them and maybe, all the bros survive. Just make sure that have a lot of nets and they always are neted (nets reduce mele defense and iniciative and they cannot teleport if they are neted) If not, with only bros T1 weapons and 50 heard/50 body, you gonna have a full wipe if you're unlucky, and from 4 to 7 gonna die until you manage to kill them.
Filthy: Necrosavants are fairly easy fights. Me: losing 5 out of 12 brothers on LvL13 in a fight with 10 Necros and 12 Ancient Leggies Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand they´re gone. ;(
They're optional, but useful, in nearly every fight and then totally amazing in some fights (necrosavants, unholds, lindwurms). They're at their worse vs Goblins, Kraken, and Nachos probably?
Necrosavants are bad designed mob: they can chase you in the map, and with 9 lives perk. If you encounter with a relatively young company, your game is over.
We all remember that 'first Necrosavant encounter' wipe 😢
I literally had 12 people vs 6 necro savants mid game. And they wiped me I only killed 2.
I had never encountered them before, and I was freaking out.
Yes traumatic stuff

Thank you!Another excellent video!
Just ran in to them in game.

Only downside I see is that it leaves that tile open for a different necro to swoop in and gank a more squishy/ wounded brother.
what happen if i fight 2 necrosavants with low gear ?

Is there any fights, where you dont bring mega tanks? I have seen a lot of your videos and i dont think i have ever seen a fight without megas.

Make a square formation. Tanks each corner, because savants teleport there. Polearms, ranged, or whips to focus them down.
