    The hog pan guy helps with having more mats in the holders and can automatically change them when full which is useful.
    I would recommend getting him

    The areas that you dig in have a certain amount of gold in it, which varies. And the worse tier wash plant you have looses a larger percentage of the total gold from those “squares” but your conveyor belts do not give nor take away gold from your total, it’s just where you decide to dig. I personally dig from the “bad” brown areas until I’ve got enough money to upgrade my wash plant then I loose a lot less gold from the richer areas.

      That makes sense. So then whe you do have the better equipment, you get that better pay dirt! Thanks Bud

    Been watching this play through from the start and it’s really made me want to play myself, I play on Xbox and I was wondering if the game is worth getting if I’m playing strictly on console?

      @jayburner69 8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I've got it on ps5 and xbox. It's getting better. The last year has been kinda rough with new developers but they are starting to get the hang of it.

      @@jayburner69 so would you recommend getting it?

    • @jayburner69
      @jayburner69 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ewykes7241 as long as your open to a few glitches here and there. It's the best mining game I've found so far on console.

      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I'm not sure how it runs on Xbox, but seems like it's a bit better than PS. But i know xbox always have huge sales like Steam, I would say wait for the next sale and it will definitely be worth it.

    Your cleanouts have a lot to do with the dirt of course and actually the order in which you do your cleanouts. Not sure if I've mentioned this or not but run the bucket from your top grates (small shovel area) and your bucket from your mats completely through your mag seperator and wave table before you do the 4 buckets from the jigs. I also read that when you start to upgrade the washplant, start with the top and work your way down.

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      ok, i'll try that. do the Jiggs dead last. And makes sense to start from the top! thanks man

  • @juanluis1224
    @juanluis1224 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Dig in the kiddle of two squares and have a dump tuck on either side to maximize efficiency also digging with a controller is easier and more realistic eventually if you get 4 dump trucks then you can fill up the washplant without having to turn it on and off as much further increasing efficency youll be able to do 3 cleanouts a day on the fast mode

    • @juanluis1224
      @juanluis1224 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      And just Incase you didn't know your not going to get as much gold from the lower tier washplants you have to get the upgraded versions to get all the gold from the dirt

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  6 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yeah, i have learned as much. Thanks. I'm going to start trying to do 4 cleanouts per day to speed up getting better Tier Equipment!

      @@QuadThumbs and I’m in no way mocking your hustle , I really do enjoy watching your videos I look forward to the next episode each time . I truly intrigued to see you get to the point where you are flowing smoothly, but hey I probably wouldn’t be so involved if it were all “smooth sailing”. Rn now I’m deep into Alaskan trucker sim lol . I’m a simulated junky 😂😂

    Ok so here is what's going to start happening with everything. It's going to start breaking. Be on a look out for a mechanic. You really should not have fired that guy. Seeing him at 33 that's actually good. But oh well. Also for the equipment use what you have right now until you can buy T3 derocker (you are renting to much and you are to late in the season to be renting anything now because everything is way to expensive. Each day everything goes up in price. What i would suggest is sell that large X (not the huge, keep that). And buy the dump truck stop the rent on that, no need on that anymore. And next buy the derocker and start saving for the huge X to buy out right (at the end of the year when it dirt cheap).

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      ok, ill keep an eye for mechanics. And I'll have to take a closer look at everything on the employee card, because i didn't see a 33 lol. I'm assuming its a 1-100 scale, and he was 1/3 of the way to be fully leveled up?
      And dually noted on the dumper and Derocker. I may just put in some overtime ( 4 cleanouts per day) and B-line the Glacier Creek.

    • @timothysmith1951
      @timothysmith1951 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @QuadThumbs yes he was at 33 when you fired him. Every day each employee earns a point. I think its at 40 they get there 1st promotion. I do things a little differently lol so I forgot the 1st one but the last promotion is at 70. Once there that cheap hog pan worker could have been retained to be a mechanic (which is one of the most valuable employees in the game), you will want at least 3 by the time you hit claim 3 or 4.
      And for the GlacierCreek you are coming up the most expensive time of the year to buy it. Cheapest time to buy all of T5 or T6 is one day to permafrost.

    I don't think it is a great idea because you still have to drive them both and pay for 2 so you would be using more fuel and it is not really saving you

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That makes sense. I didn't account for fuel!

    Love the series, but not a fan of the sort video 😉 also show the clean out, that's fun to watch.

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      yeah i wasn't expecting it be so short after cutting out the dumping. Even with digging at normal speed, the video was only going to be like 38 minutes. So i think the next video will turn out better when i do 4 cleanouts. But i'll keep the cleanout process. And I'm going to start adding time Stamps. Thanks man

    We keep the hogpan mats there while we are upgrading the blacksmith after that we sell it. They are good to get the extra magnetite but after that it's worthless.

    Also the parts car was a repossessed car (no clue how someone gets a 2007 Corolla with 310k miles repossessed) and the car was covered in dents and probably had hail damage or something but the nice thing was the rear was basically spotless except the rear right door which I just ended up using the one off the Altis and the car was also absolutely disgusting and even had live cockroaches in it but since none of the interior was getting reused that didn’t matter and I sprayed 3 cans of insect spray in it before I even started pulling it apart just so there would be no cockroaches running up my hand

  • @Jefftherebel-t8t
    @Jefftherebel-t8t 8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    I feel like as parts get worn out the more gold loss there is

  • @toyotacorollaaltis8613
    @toyotacorollaaltis8613 8 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    Alright well its been about 2 weeks and my Altis is finally in nice condition again so I bought a completely rust free 2007 Toyota Corolla CE with 300k miles to use its frame and basically ripped everything out of the car then pulled apart what was left of my Altis alot more gently, painted the shell of the CE gold and the nice thing is since there was literally nothing to get in the way I was able to paint the entire shell gold so theres not gonna be some random spot thats silver and then I just put all the parts that were still good on my Altis in it and also all the parts I needed to buy and since the entire car was apart I also took the time to take apart the engine and replace all the rubber gaskets and every piece of rubber around the car also while I was at it I finally got an Altis gauge cluster because for some reason mine had a normal Corolla gauge cluster so after all of that I basically have a fully restored brand new 2004 Toyota Corolla Altis and it costed me so much I could have just bought another Altis but that other Altis just wouldn’t be the same and would definitely be in worse condition than mine is now and to get it into Trinidad I actually went to America to buy it and then just pulled the front end off and that was enough to bring it in as “car parts” and get around the law that imported cars can’t be more than 4 years old

    • @QuadThumbs
      @QuadThumbs  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That's impressive! Your dedication to fully restoring your 2004 Toyota Corolla Altis shows how passionate and skilled you are. Navigating all those steps and importing parts must have been a challenge, but it sounds like the result was well worth it. Your Altis is truly unique!
