2160p 4K HD!
New Years Day at Wolverton station on the WCML. With limited opportunities to go out now due to the new tier system in place I decided to go in the car to somewhere quiet to do some filming. So I went to Wolverton station for an hour to get a few pendolino's tilting at speed.
Nothing overly special to look out for, but my first video of 2021. Look out for the Pride Livery Pendolino with an up service from Liverpool to Euston. A Voyager and a few LNW 350's in there as well.

Hello here is John from Holland. I love the British modern fleet. And at this station there are great corners where you see the train tilting and coming out or going in. Fantastic to see that. Love your videos. 👍
There's some great liveries on the UK railways - GWR, Grand Central, and Avanti......but also some terrible liveries........London North Western Railways, Southern, and EMR.

in my opinion 390119 is the worst looking pride train
it looks great but nothing looks quite at sleek as the DRS compass 68s
South Eastern 'Javelin' trains look great also......as do the original Eurostar trains in the current livery.

@@douglasallen511 they move up and down. I was on one a couple times before. You also move a couple degrees
@@douglasallen511 I assume since the lower part of the carriages swing out that there is less centrifugal force on the passengers inside and so makes for a more comfortable ride.

What happens if the 390 tilts too much? Will it derail?
Well it won’t. It works on a kind of suspension system. If it maxes out it won’t go anymore
What’s happened to Virgin? Why is it Avanti West Coast whatever it is?
Virgin Trains haven’t existed since 2019. They lost the franchise & they become Avanti in December 19. A bit of catching up to do lol
