1080p HD!
Not filmed at MKC for quite a while now so thought I'd stop by for an hour or so and get some footage. This was all filmed between 17:30 & 18:25! So just under an hour during the busy evening peak and there's quite a lot of variety to look out for!
INCLUDES: All the WCML regulars, Virgin Pendolino's and Voyagers (a few pendo's in special liveries) and London Midland 350's. Check out the fast LM 350's on an empty stock run going non stop through MK to Euston! As well as London Midland 319's, 2x Freightliner class 70's and a GBRF 66! Not bad going for under an hour.
Milton Keynes is great station for a mixture of everything. Fast passing services, lots that stop too and plenty of Freight thrown into the mix as well.

Virgin trains = Avanti west coast
London midland: London northwestern railway
Extras: Southern now has routes to Milton Keynes central
Different companies & different franchises. East coast have changed multiple times too

Do you know why the Class 390 Pendolino had its Dellner coupling on show rather then under its cover?
They often do, they're only used for shunting them on despots but they either seem to have difficulty closing them or they forget to.
I think they've been managing to close them more this year. In 2018, whether in person or on a railcam I haven't seen one pendolino showing its coupler

The Only Train Who Goes Very Fast Is Pendolino Virgin Train Is the Best One The Whole Fastest In Different Stations.

I've never been a massive fan of the Pendolino, actually. They do the job, but I'm feeling more optimistic about the new Transpennine and LNER rolling stock.

VT were good, yes. I’m quite sad they ended in December 2019, but Avanti West Coast (what used to be Virgin Trains) just seems the same as VT, but just owned by a different company.
