The Best FRENCH ONION PORK CHOPS

- if you love the Classic flavors of French onion soup....carmelized onions, rich beef broth and gooey cheese, you are going to LOVE these easy to make Pork chops! No wonder they are such a trend on Tik Tok! I will definitely be making them again!!
Ingredients:
4 boneless rib chops
2 large yellow onions
3/4 cup beef broth (in the video I used 1/2 cup but it felt it need the extra)
1 T flour
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 T balsamic glaze or 2 T balsamic vinegar and 2 t sugar
8 slices of provolone cheese (or grated gruyere)
salt and pepper
