    Ingredients:
    4 boneless pork chops
    2 large white onions finely sliced
    1 cup beef stock
    1 cup gruyere cheese grated
    1 Tablespoon butter
    3 Tablespoons olive oil divided into 1 tablespoon for each
    1 Tablespoon flour
    ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tablespoon salt
    1 Tablespoon black pepper
    1 Tablespoon fresh thyme for garnish

    Really fresh corn doesn’t need to be cooked, it’s delicious as is.

      Do you know which recipe you're referencing? Our smothered pork chops don't call for corn. Although it may be a great side dish to this! 😁

      @@Sundaysuppermovement I think this comment ended up on the wrong video. My TH-cam has been doing this weird thing where when I switch from one video to another, the video changes but the title/comments do not. So I think this may have been one of those instances, and I didn’t realize that the video I was watching was not the one I was commenting on. Sorry!
