I got this game from my brother on psn on saturday for my birthday. first time i ever played it. just today found out how to drift even though i'm rough with it. also found out you can get more money from races with winner takes all. so far i'm in the 3rd tournament at the final race.
You ever rent the N64 version from blockbuster? (Like way back in the day) I’ve got a copy and had all tracks set Bullseye records, really good times too beat just about all of them with the track favorites.
Hey Thanks! Yea Anakins pod is actually one of the worst, he is however used for 1 track in the 100% run with skips because he is the safest pick for that.
Man, something about Mon Gazza and lapping the entire playing field. XD Just a minor content suggestion, but it might be nice to have a sub-30 second video about how to activate the starting boost. I used to be able to do it all the time on the N64, but since I've been playing the Switch port it just hasn't clicked for me. Something describing the required input(s) and the exact boundaries of the timing window would be really useful, and I don't think anyone else on TH-cam has done it.
for me on pc i hit the boost button and throttle at the same time as i hold forward, just as the number one is almost faded. I do have a finicky knockoff 360 controller though as well. I havent played with it enough to know if im hitting too many buttons or not but it works
