I think the Shino casting a spell thing makes sense. I mean she is a demon and was able to tolerate Goose enough to hook up with all, so I dont doubt she has some kinda magic. Still though, you have every right to me upset since the justification of the issue doesn’t necessarily fix the broken heart.

Coral Island is still pretty early access I finished the available content really fast. It's fun but you could probably wait awhile for some more progress to be made before getting it.

Also, I'm sorry about Coral Island, but hooray I hope you enjoy Scarlet! If you need or want any Violet exclusives like Ceruledge I'd be happy to trade with you, but also the glitches are kinda fun and funny (genuinely) unless they slow down the game or it crashes. Outside of that just don't do what I did and glitch into the wall of a cave and you'll be fine.

Have you played My Time at Portia? I have it on Switch and it's excellent. I think you'd enjoy it. You can get into relationships, gift people etc similarly to Stardew Valley, but in more 3D looking animation, and you help to renovate the entire town and do quests etc. And you can adopt a couple of strays! And have a horse! It's just great. Highly recommend.

Since we're considering theories of Kyle not acknowledging the cheating. I really liked the theory Julie Cartier proposed on the worst day of my life video. It's the third top comment. It's about how Kyle was actually planning to propose and Shino figured out. Then she tried to sabotage the whole thing. The commenter goes more in depth in the interpretation, and I really would love to see that direction.
That theory is awful not because it's a bad theory (it's actually a really good one) but because it makes me sad 💔
