grease it with butter ... add parchment paper to the bottom and everything on the bottom comes off magically .... tip 2 -- for a glass pan, grease the pan, add a piece of parchment paper (cheap enough at costco), then grease it with a bit of butter .... bake 325/350 for the time allowed ... remove brownies from pan by turning them upside down onto a cutting board -- they come right out b/c of the paper -- cut when cool .... perfection ... NOW PUT THE GLASS PAN IN WATER TILL THE INSIDE IS COVERED ... LET IT SIT A WHILE THEN USE YOUR SPONGE TO REMOVE THE LEFT-OVER BROWNIE CAKE ON THE INSIDE OF PAN ....
I sprayed my pan and baked them 21 min. as box indicated. My brownies were domed and the edges were too done for my liking. The brownies still stuck a little to the divider. I'm a little more happy with a regular 9x13 glass pan. I like that it seperates them but I don't like a too done edge. I normally just trim around the perimeter of the 9x13 and all my brownies are perfect. No so much impressed with this pan just as you said. I might give it away or try it on another type of bar cookie. Thanks for your demo.
I have not tried that but I think it would work. You would of course have to grease the glass pan so things don't stick. Then again, after using the Brownie Bonanza for a while things start to stick to it too. It seems the non-stick coating doesn't work very well after a while.
My so called copper pan, has silver spots where the heavier parts rub. The blades of the division blades are very frail. They bend so easy. . Oh he said... That's 21 seconds... Heeheehee That was so funny! I got my pan from a sale. Looks like I'm gonna love it! Only use plastic or silicone. Don't use metal. It is possible to scratch it. I got mine cleaned very easily. I do like it a lot. Copper is not good to ingest bc our bodies can't utilize it or get rid of it. Least that's my understanding.
You may be right about that. I've done the brownie recipe with 2 eggs and with 3 eggs as well as making pan chocolate chip cookies. It seems like things stick a little more now than they did the first few times I used the pan. I may have to do what you ladies did in your video, which is to use some nonstick cooking spray. Temporarily. My wife and I have been working on starting a new business and that has taken up a lot of our time. I do plan to start making more videos again soon.

Them are some great looking cookies that you made...😋
Very thorough review - thanks!
Could you use the pull-out tray and the dividers on a normal glass 9 by 13 pan

Hey Adam is that woman that appears in the video is that your wife daughter or girlfriend?
The young lady in the video helping me make brownies is my daughter.
Nice video Adam
Great review! I made mine fudge like brownies and they were sticky and hard to remove. I think cake like brownies are the way to go with this pan.

Mine says not to go in dishwasher. Let it soak
Did you give up making videos?

Brooklyn version is terrible.
Can't see how this one would be in different.
