Wow that Audio Pro C3 has unbelievably good balance in mids & highs for a budget bt speaker the only thing wrong with the tuning is the boosted upper bass especially near at 80% volume the sound gets quite boomy but hear me out if this did deep bass it would be an H/K Go+Play killer!

I've just bought a C3 and it absolutely wipes the floor with extreme 2. The extreme is louder and produces deeper bass, but in comparision to the C3, sounds muddled and the bass is boomy. Bass lovers will prefer the extreme but people who understand and appreciate sound quality will prefer the C3. It has more clarity and detail, and the lows, mids and highs are of much better quality. Overall it sounds more audiophile. The kids may not appreciate it but those from a more 'hifi' background will. Totally agree, ive had some pretty good speakers and amps and the c3 is in a class of its own on my opinion. Its got tone and rhythm. Anyone who hears my c3 either ends up singing along to the music or comments on how good it is. Chuck it near the wall and give the bass some support and it sounds very balanced. Down to 60hz with a tiny woofer too is impressive. Also stream through wifi using something like tidal and the quality jumps a lot. I also boost the treble by a couple of notches.

I like going over your old videos Alan, great stuff. I recently started buying audio pro speakers and have had the T5, the C5A and the T3+, the T5 was by far the best sounding, put a smile on my face listening to anything, was great. The C5A just didn't compare although the sub out changed that when I added a 10" sub 😂 The T3+ to my ears, sounds exactly how you describe the C3, scooped out mid bass but a nice clean sound. I fancy the C10 but they're a bit pricey. Keep up the good work 👍

W-King T9: geni.us/wkingt9
The T9 is a reasonably loud and balanced party speaker with a big bright detailed sound.
Budget Loud Boombox: no clear winner but my pick for fun outside listen would be:
W-King X10 geni.us/wkingx10
Travel Speakers:
Marshall Stockwell 2: geni.us/stockwell2
offers a decent immersive sound with full and tight bass. Beware though it does go very loud
JBL Charge 5: geni.us/jblcharge5
Only mono but has a very clear and dynamic sound at low volumes and can go reasonably loud but will become a little screechy over 80%.

Is it better than Sonos?
which sonos?
@@alanrossreviews Well, I guess the comparison for the C3 is the Sonos One, isn't it? I'm just dipping my toe in this stuff at the moment, so I'll be guided!
i guess i wont be buying another bluetooth speaker - still rocking my C5's - i just wish they make a rugged version for these badboys
charge 5s? or audio pro c5?
@@alanrossreviews audio pro c5
I never liked the sound of C3. I kept it just one week and than i gave it to a friend as a gift. This one was my worst purchase as a bt speaker...
Not fun to listen to, basses were awful, upper volumes were even worse...
yeah but apart from that? 😭😭😭
@@alanrossreviews nothing left 😅😃
C3 does look like a house brick with a carry handle 🤣. More suited to classical perhaps? 🤔
the queen is in town 👍 i dont think its got the deep bass to do classical justice, or the harmonics if it comes to that but its flat in between that 😋
Haha… not quite getting there. My HIFI does the classical stuff justice, haven’t really found any small speakers that work for that, as you need sound stage and balance. I will listen to your audio samples with earphones in a bit, couldn’t hear this one too great on my phone. Seems a bit bright. Would like a comparison to the Motion + maybe? Which is louder? 🤔
@@snowqueen7968 yeah i was kinda thinking to myself this is like a hi end motion plus.
@@alanrossreviews Could have saved yourself a few quid 💷 I’m constantly on the search for “ the one” when it comes to speakers. Something you can take anywhere, connect to anything without any annoying lack of features. Alas I’ve never found it… 😭
@@snowqueen7968 kinda like relationships really...😂
Very not impressive speaker is this new old kid on the block
It's not bad but sounds off against these deep bass heavy speakers.
