    Double registration jaragadaniki culprit Sub registror...bcoz Duty to table meeda padi nidra pothu and duty ayina tarvatha table kinda hands pettadam vallane ila jarugutundi..and main reason 100 out of 99.9% sub registrar ki asalu land chattalu teliyadu and system knowledge NIL.. always focus on money money money money money money money money money money money money only.....I think kondari sub registrar daily basis income 2 to 5 lakhs kuda vuntundi....Asalu land registration chesey time lo subregistrar compulsory land visit chesina tarvatha matrame registration cheyali...but no implementation...... Double registration chesina sub registrar meeda FIR vesi arrest chesi job nunchi tiseyali and life time imprisonment punishment veyali...

    సార్ నాకు చిన్న డౌటు కొత్తగా వెంచర్ వేస్తారు అప్పుడు మనకు రిజిస్టర్ చేసి ఇస్తారు అప్పుడు లింక్ డాక్యుమెంట్లు ఎలా వస్తాయి సార్ అది అగ్రికల్చర్ ల్యాండ్ నుంచి కన్వర్షన్ అయి మ్యాప్ ఇస్తారు కదా ఆ మ్యాపులు చేంజ్ చేస్తే మనకు ఎలా తెలుసుకోవాలి

    Registrars link documemt , any previous registrations on that land cheyananduvalana mukyabga vasthundi. Registration fees govtbtheesukonibregn chestgundi adi courts accept chesi regd sale deed pramanam for legal rights annappudu evarevaru responsible mainly registrars and govt means tax collecting revfnue depts and lastly courts . Can we sort out them to minimuse land dusputes in India? People are selfish so even the officials are also among people and all officers are not strict with the set rules etc. Sad in democracy.

    Hello sir , my mother gave money to buy 4 acres of agriculture land but my mother registered her yeilder sister name ,it happened 20years before ,if my mother asked to rename to her name now ,mom s sister is not returning now but original documents are with us only, withness and land seller are telling my mother only gave money please advice

    Mlas mps involve avuthunte evvariki labham. Idi manchida. So no end. Anni konevaaru vicharinchalante adi kooragaayalu kaadu okka chota chesedi kaadu anni tgeliyalante janma chaladu chadavalu. Govt should think about it abd the mlas mps shiuld not involve in it but they must protect the weaker party as an elected member. Etc.... no end. Never solved in india as loyalty truthfulness etc is not in people.

    2- విలునమలున్నయి. ముందుగా వ్రాసినది తెలిసిన భాషలో, వ్రాసి, సంతకం చేసి ,రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడినది. 2 వది తెలియని భాషలో వ్రాయబడి, రిజిష్టర్ కాని, వేలి ముద్రల వీలునామా. ఏది చెల్లుబాటు అవుతుంది.2 వ వీలునామా కుడా రిజిష్టర్ అయితేనే, మొదటి వీలునామా రద్దు అవుతుంది అనే వాదన చెల్లు తుందా!?.

    సబ్ రిజిస్ట్రార్ లది తప్పే..అనుకుంటే .. కొనేవాల్లు ది , అమ్మేవల్లది తప్పు కదా... కొనే వాడు రిజిష్టర్ రేట్ ప్రకారం చలన్ కడతాడు... కానీ బహిరంగ మార్కెట్ వాల్యూ వేరే...తీసుకుంటాడు ఇస్తాడు... ఆ డబ్బుకు లెక్క వుండదు... ల్యాండ్ విలువ బహిరంగ మార్కెట్ లో కోటి కి అమ్ముతారు.. ప్రభుత్వ రేట్ ప్రకారం రిజిష్టర్ చేసుకుంటాడు... మరి ప్రభుత్వ రేట్, బహిరంగ మార్కెట్ మధ్య వున్న తేడా డబ్బు నల్ల డబ్బే కదా... దానికి income tax వుండదు..లెక్కే ఉండదు...
