మా అమ్మగారు ఒక భూమి కొని రెగస్ట్రేషన్ 1970 లో చేయించుకొన్నది. మోటేషన్ చేయించుకోలేదు. మా అమ్మకు అమ్మినవాళ్ళు చనిపోయారు. మా అమ్మకూడా 33 yrs back చనిపోయారు. ఈ భూమి ఇప్పటికి మేమే కాస్తూ చేస్తున్నాను. కానీ ఇది ధరణిలో లేదు. You can file a case in consumer court.
To one of my friends, in similar situation, the court ordered the following.
1.A monetary compensation of rs. 2 lakhs.
2.lic has to give paper add in two widely circulated news papers, thro their advocate.
3.The lic has to give in writing that the documents are misplaced at their end and they will return it to you, if they found in future, without misusing them. And they are giving the certified copies. 0:49 0:49
4.lic had to apply for certified copy in sub registrar office and handover the same to you, along with EC for 30 years. (Not 13 years.)
Consult your lawyer, if any need of filing FIR. .
