Another great video! One show that did this is Chowder and I absolutely love it. It’s usually clothes that it’s masked to that gives it the almost illusion that it’s moving as it does when it’s just a mask very creative. This is how I thought they did it but your video definitely helps confirm it thanks again I can’t wait to to see more of you have any videos you suggest for animate I’ll definitely love to check them out
Hi, thank you for this video, just what I was looking for. One question please: I am trying to create a similar look to the lady in this video where, even before applying texture layers, you have applied outlines to her body in some parts but omitted the outlines in others. Can I ask how you did this please? My thinking is that you hand drew each frame (correct?) with the full outlines on one layer and a colour fill on another layer. You then deleted the outline layer and went over each frame again, this time applying outlines only where you needed them. Am I even in the right ball park? 😂 It was this particular video for TSB by Steve Smalls which drew me to this technique in the first place: th-cam.com/video/dDjBMn94Uxo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=wN7Kny9iQKEqfVZ0 Your help would be hugely appreciated! Thank you 🙏🏽
