What's your experience with track mode vs sport mode??
I got sport mode in my 18 civic
I use custom settings: Track mode everything except traction which i have set to sport. Sometimes I disable traction/stability control altogether.
From what I read, track mode in fact uses stability/traction control more so than sport with sport mode being the least* intrusive of the driver modes. In other words, sport mode should give you the wildest ride.
What do you like using Louie??
Makes sense. I usually use track with traction all the way off for the most part
I love track mode, hearing those gurgles and pops from the exhaust is great.
I feel like I get more crackles out of sport mode
@@sphinx9517 I def agree .. in sport mode it pop a little more vs track is just wide open as far as when u hit the throttle
3.7 here using sport mode, traction off then I foot brake until the wheels start to spin then let off the gas until they don't, then let off the brake & ease into the gas. You know it's right when you don't spin off the start & second gear gets a scratch.
For me track mode it's more eager to shift aggressive and the sports mode is a conservative track mode. But in track I love that aggressive sound with the active exhaust being open that is. Good video brother !!!!

I have the widebody challenger scat. My quickest is 4.3. I just stop, let the car shift itself to first, and just hit it. Haven't tried a lot of different ways though. Also, you should try out the 60-130 next time it is cold. These cars love the cold weather....just not the tires. But I have done slightly better when it's cold on rolls.
Best I've got with my stock widebody scatty is 3.7 on the street with some nitto dr's

@@Changed2024 I got a 1320 and got 3.4 as my best. No joke u can see my videos best I filmed was a 3.5. The 392 is a beast at launching with a tire and softer suspension definitely helps

I have a Challenger Scat Pack. Bone stock, even the skinny-ass bicycle tires. 0-60 in Track mode 4.4 sec. Launch by punching it half throttle. Trans in full auto. Floor it when it hooks. It skates all the way to 60 (“never lift”!) so I know She can go quicker. I Don’t use Launch Control, just foot brake. It’s a lot colder here in Jersey. The road was dirty.

i run custom mode on my 17 hellcat.
Trans = Track
Traction = Street
Suspension = street
on the Michelin pilot sport 4s
Seems like with traction control it jumps prematurely to the next gear which really slows down the times like around 30mph in the 1-2 shift an around 50mph on the 2-3 shift. On that 4.26 run it stayed in first until true redline with no spinning around 50mph and then shifted into 2nd keeping it in the higher RPMs rather than shifting prematurely.
4.4 for me, narrow body 21 Challenger Scat Pack, Dynamics package with the 275’s. I honestly can’t remember my exact mode setup, I was messing around with the custom setups. I generally drive around with a custom mode with sport transmission and traction with track steering. In town I like straight track mode for the sound.
Best I’ve gotten in my scat is 4.2 with brand new tires. That’s on a regular street. I’m sure at the track it’ll be even better. I was in sport mode.
I’ve heard track for everything other then suspension is best for 0-60s when the suspension is too tight it doesn’t transfer the weight to the back wheels as well

Not sure if it’s the best to do but I have a challenger scat. I set everything in track but my traction. I leave it on street and I can consistently pull 4-4.3s on 0-60. I do have stock tires so I like to have alittle aid in traction. My car doesn’t seem to lag or hesitate for that shift like yours so not sure.

It’s all about pedal control off the launch and timing of when too floor it. I have gotten as good as a 4.0. Consistent 4.2. My best times is with the pedal commander on eco mode, this allows you to half way the pedal. Get off the line 20ft and mash it. I will try and get some videos. This is with a 14 charger srt with exhaust, intake, tune. 275 yakahomo all the way around.

I’ve gotten 3.7 before at the track in track mode. 305s on all 4 with a wide body scat charger. It was a warm day and I’ve only gotten that once

I got 4flat its hard to explain how i did it..but i left it in drive not down shift...tap the gas when u take off quickly then lay into once u hook ...imma have to make another video explaining how to consistently hit 4.3 and lower

From digs sport is probably better, transfers more weight on rear tires for grip. That's if suspension gets stiffer in track mode?

I did the Tazer and track mode is noticeably more aggressive than Sport.

I had the 2020 scat charger last year regular body and got a 4.2 0-60 try to rev up to 1,300 rpms and launch i had 275's i now have the 2021 widebody scat charger and i waiting to break in miles to launch it crazy you should be in 3.9-4.1 with them 305's
