कोर्ट को देखना चाहिए कि पत्नी आखिर क्यों पति के साथ नही जा रही है जब वह उसे और बच्चे को ले जाना चाहता है कोर्ट अधिकांशतः लड़की के पक्ष में ही फैसला देती है कभी उस पुरुष की पीड़ा का अनुभव करे की पुरुष अपने बच्चे का प्यार भी नही पाता और उसे पैसा भी देना पड़ता है संविधान और समाज मे लड़कियों को लड़कों के बराबर लाने और उसे हर प्रकार का हक देने की बात है लेकिन वैवाहिक मुद्दे पर अक्सर कोर्ट महिलाओं का ही पक्ष क्यों लेती है इस प्रकार का भेदभाव कब बंद होगा।

The guidelines should be fixed in maintenance cases. Logic should be applied. Moreover, situations change and the ultimate motive should be to encourage couple for staying together. However, if maintenance continues to be given to wives with ease, it would further encourage others to leave their husbands, seek maintenance and get rid of all their responsibilities. Not everyone is like that, but there would be more and more taking to these antics if maintenance is ordered easily in favour of the wife and against husband.
If she is physically fit,she can earn. Being wife during scarcity she also help her husband. Higher court 's decision seems wrong

Probably after reading the judgement the orders are correct because at the point of revision when asked in open court that is the husband ready to take his wife back he their clearly denies of doing so .. on this basis the courts have taken this decesion and the highcourt clearly says that any arguments pertaining to case wil not be held here rather it would only go as per the documents which are filled as per the family courts as it has given a long six years for trial .. so the above judgement of highcourt is correct but we need to see what has happened in family court at the time of trial so that it could be debated.. .. sorry if I have said something wrong this was just my opinion

It seems high court was annoyed with revision of low amounts of 2500 and 3000.. so out of grudge judge pronounced this enhancement.. however, judges should consider liabilities while deciding a case.. robinhood approach isn't fair howsoever the communists may laud it..

Maintenance awarded by court is too much less. In todays time 8000 and 3000 rs is too much less. Court should have ordered atleast 30000 rs per month. The plea given by husband is usually given to harm wife's interest. I am lawyer too and i know how husband try to delay the process by making such claim
