Maintenance to wife is like "Neki kar aur kachre ke dibbe mein daal paise". Get a wife who is working and earning at par with you. If a working woman is turning into a housewife then she should file an avidavit in court and her husband should give no objection certificate. This way wife will not be able to use housewife as an excuse to gain sympathy and extort money from husband.

Why maintenance is needed when your not doing your duties as wife ?
Why maintenance is needed you women are claiming to be equal to men in society ?
Why maintenance is needed if your educated like men & can apply for job
equivalent to men ?
maintenance can be payed if their is a kid not to women (is wife kid) ?
Women law has become a monopoly and this needs refoment, still following old and void law's for today's time .. Both Men & women should be treated equally ...
Else ask women to say at home, then men can pay maintenance to both his wife & kid

लगभग तीस सालों तक मेरे साथ रहने के बाद अब 53 साल की उम्र में मेरी पत्नी ने मेरे खिलाफ शराब पीकर जिन्दा जलाकर मारने और दहेज़ उत्पीड़न का झुठा केस दर्ज कराया है और साथ ही यह भी कहा कि मैं मेरी तनख्वाह 40 हज़ार रुपए प्रति माह लिखाकर उसमें से 20 हजार रुपए महीने ख़र्च मांगा है जबकि में एक बैरोजगार आदमी हूं साहब।😢

Hello Pooja....I don't think it will help....cause they will forward to police who already have the warrants....you will have to make efforts to know the location of husband then with help of police you can get the warrants executed....good luck....
