Ha khud bhi karva sakte hai standing me. Aur lying position me patient ko command de sakte ho ki apni back ko niche touch karo(like mat aur table jaha bhi exercise karva rahe ho) ya back straight karo. Aur stomach ko niche ki taraf dabayo.

You need to keep your back straight while doing bridging. Back should not be curved aur bended .
