Those frogs do yes. Also try a most boss spoon. The hook is very exposed on the back, so you get even better hook sets than hollow bodied frogs, but always lands right side up so you'll never get bogged down. It floats and slides over slop just like the frog.
Frogs skim the top. The frog is hollow and soft. The hooks are on the top of the frog, not really sticking out from the frogs back at all so they won't catch on the moss.
