I meditated and when it started playing, I knew that 2023 had begun. I opened my eyes and listened to it. And it helped me get through the year. I just listened to your interview with Dr Mayim and was shocked to learn about your struggle with feeling trapped in your role as Ted. I’m going through that now in my career. Life is strange, we work our butts off to get to where we are, and then we have these existential epiphanies that make us question everything. I have very rarely heard of others who have felt the same way I have, not because it is uncommon but because I think people are generally still uncomfortable sharing such feelings - so I thank you for sharing that openly. I strive to work on and better myself as you have Josh. Your humor on HIMYM kept my spirits up through many trying times in my college years. Be well Josh
