I really believe putting that uniseal down low will leak and/or blow out. I think the uniseals should be used at the top of tanks. I would buy a bulkhead and have it ready to install just in case...... You're a beast working in the cold rainy weather! Keep the great content coming!

Hey Joe highly recommend a can of Fluid Film spray to protect against corrosion. Can pick them up at Autozone ect or any plow/trailer supply store. Spray that stuff on all your electronic terminals, any steele surfaces, everywhere. It protects against corrosion especially from SH bigtime.. It's Lanolin based product. It's really a game changer. Swear by that stuff to protect against SH.

Hey Joe, Looking great man, We all can't wait to be running full speed again. I had a thought on your hose reel power supply through your mounting shelf. Instead of silicone maybe a piece of 1/4 inch fuel line with a slit in the side to encase your power wire. Should hold and protect it. BTW You and Carmody's antics got me through the winter. Thank you LOL! Take care!

Yeah, that’s an excellent point! I may be forming a deal like ole’ Mikey has with twin meters and dual injector.
My second wash job was problematic with a brand new 5.5 pump installed (tested fine) and then acting up at the job. Gonna take valves completely apart and reseal everything, gonna split it 2x2 instead of one set of 4 valves (w/soap in SH) til I get better valves from freedom softwash.

Purging - we found that placing the check valves for each supply line as far down the tubing towards the tank as possible. This way the water, soap, sh, etc is stored in the tubing st all times vs. the way your check valves (like many others) are.

Brian Shipley at Midwest can hook you up with a proportioner for your downstream. I have a remote downstream that allows me to pull directly from my soap tank with a proportioner valve so I can do soap or not with a Crack of the valve..love his stuff..looks good Joe but I agree with one of your other commentors..I wld have a bulkhead on the bottom of that tank..I have used uniseal fittings now for last 2 years and love them!! Where and what brand is the rigid yellow hose purchased at? I don't see many guys using the NH3 hose so great job using that. If you ever need more distance with your 12 volt just run two pumps in parallel for volume or in series for pressure. I do this quite a bit and is nice to be able to run 7 gpm or 14 gpm.

I saw a YTV of a guy that had a banjo off the 12v reel in line and the DSI and he'd just swap out 1 to the other and pull from the same proportioner to either system as the job called for. Which is good if it really does work properly because then you can still use the flow pro for either 1. I'm trying to eliminate the need for 2 proportioners myself.
