Great video. I like that you explain about the plumbing. I also heard you say you use roughly 6 gallons of SH. That was encouraging because I’ve had my eye on a skid that’s has two 50 gallon tanks. I’ve been questioning if they are big enough.
I can see the shirt now, Powerful Improvements logo on the front and "One Pull Baby" on the back. They would sell like crazy! Sounds like those annual contracts are a golden ticket for you. Great video!
Polly is the only way to go. Wow you have to buy your SH and have it delivered in 55GL drums, how much is it a gallon if you don't mind me asking, it seems like it would be very high priced. We are lucky down here in the south being able to just pull up at a pool supply house and fill up, I am paying a 1:48 a gallon right now. Great content man keeps it coming. Get after it.
Hey Joe, just a heads up feedback. I've used those clear hoses before and it started collapsing with the pump strong suction. So I've changed to the clear ones w/ that net inside and it worked good.
Great video, Joe. My FlowPro will be here tomorrow. Jud went out of his way and picked it up from "the plant" and then overnighted it for me. I have a big project Saturday so really needed here asap. Can't wait to put it to work!

Hi Joe another great days work your truck set up seams to be getting better every day, see you have power reels to i take it they run off your battery . I'm a bit mixed up so you run your H S neat like how you had it sent to you ? or does your mixer unit add water too ? just you said the water was off and a little soap was on, i would really like to get into this but how i said I'm in England You have a great day and chat soon
Cool video. I wanted to ask a question about your truck in this video. Regarding the shelving that the reels are on. What kind of material is that? How did up you secure it to the bed rails ? Looks like a nice well functioning setup

What’s up joe, question for you, I’ve been rinsing with just the ball valve, what do you recommend for more precise rinsing. The ball valve is okay but difficult to dial in at times. Thanks man
My pressure hose and reel both have a bad kick when I let go of the trigger and shoot again. It shakes the wood platform and even the truck a little. Have you experienced this when you set up your skid a year ago? I don't know why it's making that kick. 🤦♂️
@@powerfulimprovements hey Joe. Blessings to you and your family. I notice you have no kickback when you pull your trigger...what unloader do you have and what size is your machine?
This was a great video and Patrick should narrate more, he does great job. I hope he enjoys the work and one day it’ll be 2 guys and their trucks. Glad you are getting SH delivered. Sure is convenient. What is that angle on Your hose reel for the water supply? Is that a 45 degree street 1/2” to a 3/4 “ and would you share where you purchased it?

Hey Joe, what type of turbo nozzle are you using for the 5.5gpm machine. I have the same pump, pushing 3500psi though. Thanks for the great videos. Huge help!
You may want to try opening your water valve some to thin out your SH running through your injector. If a lighter mix is desired. It would act like pulling from a batch mix vs choking down the SH. Just a though, thanks for the video.
Another great video..Were you getting 1% with the 2.1 injectore from flow pro? I'm going to buy the flow pro soon and really want to make sure ill be getting atleast 1%. I have about the the same set up as you but will be running 4gpm with 200 ft of hose.
Hi Joe, is the transfer line on the second 3way balve static or is it like another drop stick? Also does the soap line from the Mixer goes straight to the soap tank? And the water to the buffer tank?
On the mixer all lines are directly pulling. SH, soap and water tanks. On my 3 way valves, on chooses if I’m pulling with 12volt or Downstreaming. The second valve directs the 12 volt flow to either the reel or transfer hose

One more question sorry just to be clear, your 12 volt pump is off and just the down stream injector has enough suction to pull the bleach? Is that a 1/2 or 3/4 ball valve? Thanks joe, I want to order the ball valve today and want to get the same one.
