I love this video. I might comment that these trolleys don't operate in West Philadelphia. These Trolleys shown are the 101-102 Media Sharon Hill Line Trolleys.
Thank you very much for your interest and for the clarification. I didn't do the recordings myself but maintain the archive in my father's memory, and greatly appreciate the feedback from people who are more knowledgeable about the subject matter. I have retitled the video and welcome any corrections that make the channel more accurate!
I miss when the Kawasaki cars used to have the red and blue stripe paint scheme with the roll signs and wish they would come back, even though i know they're not going to.
@@NortheastRailfan510 When did that happen and can you recall what the seats originally looked like? Unlike the double-ended Kawasaki cars, the single-ended cars have the tan and blue hard plastic seats while the double-ended Kawasakis have the black cushioned seats with the red stripes like you said. But i could never for the life of me remember if or not the double-faced cars ever had different seats.
@@JOHNSTIER23 North STREET you mean? There is no such stop on either line called North Avenue but the Route 102 does have a stop called North Street if that's what you meant.
This has reminds of this trolley video as media & Sharon hill from Carson home video
When transfers were still available you could ride to Shadeland avenue and get off and still gett to Sharonhill
They still have transfers but it’s on the key card now 😢
I love this video.

I perfer that paint scheme. The New paint scheme is awful and makes the cars look ugly. I'm a PCC guy
North avenue shown here
