I drilled a screw with the drill in the hole and then pulled it out took 10 seconds.

The issue is, my brother jammed a toothpick in that hole so now we can't do this.

I don't know, but I wonder if the glue or wood glue would adhere to the toothpick and pull it out first. Give it a try.

Does hot glue work and my needle does not go very far in.
