How to Actually Stay off Your Phone!

Your phone is addictive! I'm not kidding, when was the last time you left your device behind and enjoyed the present moment, enjoyed the activities you were doing fully, without constantly trying to check whether someone texted you or got a new notification.
It's our decision whether, we gonna spend our entire life in front of a screen or make that adjustment and learn be the one in control of your technology.

Hey bro which mic do you use and which tools you use to edit your audio. I too want to start a TH-cam channel on self improvement just like yours.

Hey man, I use Sony a6400 with Sigma Lense 24-70mm 2.8 and for the audio it's some kind of Rode mic something around 50euro. I am not sure what exact model.. I use it with a taskcam recorder, or I put the mic straight into the camera. You can myb find mics that could go straight into the phone and save some money that way.. and for the postproduction I use premier pro where I do basic EQ and stuff so nothing to complex. But you can use DaVinci it's a free option on a professional level.. Thanks for stopping by. Hope I helped :)
