I used to live in Santa Cruz and stayed at a dome right next to the treehouse 6 years ago. Unfortunately there was a fresh rain and the floor was a little soggy, probably woulda been better to have the tree house that night. It was crazy seeing it pop up in your video. $900 is pretty steep for one night in the treehouse, but the host is a musician and you gotta fund that ish somehow. Hosts were chill we met a girl who told us all about frog poison. The best part was the soft grey forest spirit cat named Fog that we met. I’m pretty sure he was real, at least. The whole stay was quintessential SC. Hope you caught at a wave on the east side and went to Coles BBQ for a tri tip Sammy and fries. Santa Cruz is a special place, where the cool redwood forests meet the warm beach 🤙
