Reasons why I would never go to North Korea, as fascinating as it is: 1. I am American. The "enemy". 2. I am not just an American. I am an American *woman* . And a short one, too. Kim Jung Un might try to kidnap someone like that for his harem, or to be an actress. 3. My beliefs are Christian. North Korea is known to be hostile territory for that faith, even if you keep it to yourself. 4. I am unaware of the nuances of North Korea's laws. That means I could break one without meaning to, and that would be game over for me.
Almost same reason not to come to Kalifornya. Consertives are the enemy. Clear thinking is immoral. Our state government has studied N. Korea closely and is finding ways to slowly implement that system slowly and quietly. Keep paying attention and when things get to the point of impossibility for even Democrats you will have awakened too late.

I kind of like some of the basketball rules. The 8 pointer was ridiculous but an extra point for a slam dunk wasn’t stupid. A North Korean who could dunk on a 10 foot high net deserves an extra point.
I wonder why the North Korean citizens don't revolt. Oh, i see. They need our help. We the external world are their only hope. They can't fight the regime at all by themselves.

It takes a special visa. Once there, you must be escorted everywhere you want to go. You can't just go places. You are not free to roam or talk to everyday people. You will be taken by your "guide" to historical sites and monuments. There is a curfew also. The electrical grid is shut down at 11 pm. The entire country's grid is shut down! This is to save much needed resources. This can be verified by satellite Imagery today. The entire country is blacked out.weird to see on Imagery. Both have the same destination....theres much more.what the kids are taught in school is mind blowing and is by definition....brain washing

Not just because of these insane laws that North Korea has, but also, while North Korea doesn't have a single brand of soda or chocolate (since both soda and chocolate are considered Western influence, and we already know how North Korea feels about the West), the USA has like, a thousand brands of them. Pepsi and Dove Chocolate are among my favorite American brands.
“So, uhh… what are you in jail for?” “My long-lost-uncle was a criminal or something…” “What did he do?” “He left to another part of North Korea for a trip.” “How does that get someone in trouble?” “He ‘neglected to take care of the Kim family pictures.’” “Sounds about right.”

Visiting is easy, you just follow what the handlers tell you to follow, stay in your room, and fake praise and applaud them. Basically the entire country knows the Kims are trash, they just can't do anything about it.

Reasons why I would never go to North Korea, as fascinating as it is:
What do you want there? When you go into a souvenir shop the only thing you can bring home would be a severe depression

Almost same reason not to come to Kalifornya. Consertives are the enemy. Clear thinking is immoral. Our state government has studied N. Korea closely and is finding ways to slowly implement that system slowly and quietly. Yep it's so bad that a North Korean defect is shocked when seeing an ATM for the first time, speaking of ATM good luck holding a bank account in NK the state also controls money aka their civilians' money like excuse me the citizens earned that and the government have the audacity to deny the citizens of spending it
Happened to several people defecting. There is major culture shock.
God pls rescue these people
Isnt north korea have no religion?

The global sanctions on trading (including tourism) prevents much cash ending up in the hands of "the people" i.e. government and Kim himself. They get most of their money from Russia and China, but that comes either from the "wages" of workers sent abroad to friendly/neutral countries.
