Hi guys, great video. How accurate do you believe the Zoho tracking of email "opens" is? Is it like other email tracking schemes, where it depends greatly on what email client the recipient is using and whether images are downloaded automatically?

How do you get the leads to go back into the workflow with the new version?
My workflow report showed that I have sent the email but never received it in my test email inbox.
So I tried to create a new version but the lead isn't going towards it...
