Can you integrate a field from the CRM to project templates?

How can I reorder Milestones in the new version? I can't find anything about it and at 3:48 you say it's a valuable tool. Not being able to do this means the timeline can't be easily established to begin phase 2 after 1, for example

This is a fantastic tutorial. Two questions:
1. Is there a timer included in Projects so that the amount of time spent on a task can be tracked?
2. Can you set up tasks that aren't project related and track time? For example, I'm a contractor & am required to attend staff meetings. I bill for that time, but it's not related to any specific project.

Hi Catherine,
1. Yes, Zoho Projects has timers that can be started and stopped on a task to make time tracking simple.
2. No, every task must be attached to a project. We have something similar in our task management where staff meetings are logged against an “Internal Billable” project.

Hello, how can I use Zoho Calendar to create repeat annual events for an academic calendar. For example, we have classes each month per year group. And we have about 15 year groups per academic year. And this is repeated annually. Does anyone know how to do this?
