    Brilliant, thank you. I've been asking Zoho for screen shots or details of what happens when you hit the 'Update Now' button... this is what they should have provided.

    Thanks this is useful. I was told by Camaigns support guys that basically you sync the whole list and then segment. So to not massively expand the contact count (and cost), sync lists as Not marketing, then segment from there. Can you convert a segment as marketing contacts when the sync is set to not marketing?

    Thanks Wayne, great info. Thanks If a Contact opts out of the campaign lists and that updates their status in the CRM to Opt-out checked, does that mean that they can not be emailed from the CRM? Thanks Steve

    My contacts are all set up in the Contact module of the CRM. I have none set up under leads. However, when I try to add a new sync, the only option I have is Leads. My search for Contacts turns up nothing.. Shouldn't Contacts be a module to choose from in the drop-down.

    How do you send out an email with Firstname in the subject, but if there is not one - like in your example, it ignores it and doesn't add extra space or replace it with "customer" or silly things like that?
