I have to admit, the GS350 is a really nice car & it's quick too. It runs in the high 13's through the 1/4 mile. You can buy a used 07-08 model now for under $20k depending on the mileage, which is a great deal. I liked everything about it, except the ultra light steering feel. But the actually steering itself was good. I just like it heavier feeling. Everything else was great on the test drive though. Nice car.

I have this EXACT car. Not THE same car...rather exact same year, color, equipment...that I picked up a few months ago. Came on looking for a video on how to flush the cooling system for it and stumbled across this video, lol. Whew...glad I didn't have to pay $50k for it !!
Good choice. I'm also saving up for a GS350 or GS300 with the 17in wheels. The V8 & hybrid models have 18in wheels as standard which affects ride & increases road noise. This GS looks breathtaking out on the road & who wouldn't want to be seen driving one?
My dad has an 06, our lease is up in febuary. i'm gonna miss it, it replaced an 03 Avalon so it was a real step up, although the Avalon was great, this was better?
The Lexus GS is one of my least favourit out of the Lexus lineup.. Partially do to that centre console looks cheap and has aged.. (the IS250 has a much better centre console) maybe next hen GS
@smoke5one3 You cannot compare a Lexus GS 350 AWD to a Nissan Altima. First of all, they're totally different cars, in terms of class, quality, technology and performance. I would know because I have them both.
That switch box is a really novel feature, note that the buttons in the box are always illuminated. Nice.

@318mrtaylor Different engines. And they both have different power outputs, 303hp and 290hp.
its actually right above the ES, and right below the LS
is near the top of near the bottom of lexus? i am guessing its a stepabove IS and step below ES? am i right

@smoke5one3 There is no comparable Toyota model. It's NOT like the ES, which is just a Camry. The GS is completely unique to Lexus.
