Are they able to take loose items on the ground and arrange them into a pile for human sorting later? That would be useful for separation of loose scraps and your headphones or something on the ground. Maybe even a light hoodie with enough of them.

Do you have any with a non-rechargeable light-sensitive cell which never has to be recharged like the old Casio electronic calculators HS9? If so, I'd love to buy your ants. If it has a heavy 'rechargeable battery', forget it.

HOW DO YOU TURN 7.2V TO 300V IN A CIRCUIT THAT COMPACT???
With a coil and some resistors. Remember 300V might sound scary but if the current is next to nothing, its a fairly trivial task.

sooo why does it need the 300v for why can't it just run with the 7.2
They used piezo actuators instead of motors or solenoids. Those are made of a crystal which changes form when a high voltage is applied. It is the reverse of the electronic lighters in those you hit a piezo with a spring loaded mechanism and an over 1000 V spark ignites the gas.
Piezos run without weare, are extremly fast and precise, but the movement is rather small and the needed Voltages are very high.
