Haha...the book is full of good stuff like that. There's a really great rack inspection tip that I figured out and share with you in the book too. Definitely saved me from a few "beatings". I literally wrote the book in a span of about 10 days, RIGHT when I got back from Cape May. It was like a giant brain dump of all the boatloads of info that was shoved into my brain while there. If you really want to be a step ahead, it's definitely worth it. Good luck and let me know if you have questions.
Dang it paused the video on and read where it was talking about Zero Two cups of water and a trick to use is ice.... now I'm interested in what it says, gonna have to consider buying the book now.
Hey Tommy - This is a somewhat common question. As much as I would love to be able to offer the Survival Guide in an Official Hard Copy, it's too cost prohibitive. I looked into it and there is no way I could afford to order the amount of inventory that the book printers ask for as a minimum order. Even if I had the money, I don't have the space in my apartment! Haha... With that said, there IS a solution that has worked for other recruits and that's simply to print out the E-Book and put it in a 3-ring binder. I've actually had recruits e-mail me copies of their homemade hard copy and they look great. If you don't have a printer at home you could always go to a local library or something. I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.

Would you recommend having good pulling muscles? I can do everything telse the CG would want us to remotely do. But not pullups.
