I can definitely relate to the third issue about giving a proposal and then silence! Thank you for this comparison of old approach versus new approach.
B2B sales is different...my sales training clients were 0/10 before working with me because they NEVER pitch. I was taught CONNECT-DISCOVER-PROPOSE and CLOSE model. I guess I’m old school.
Been watching the channel for a couple months now. Marc you’re videos have really helped me in my new. Lost my last job due to Covid and lost a lot of confidence as well but I tried most of your tips which is helping hit targets. For 18 years I’ve worked in bathroom showrooms but now I’m in bathroom field sales b2b. Thanks 👍
Hello Mr Mark Wayshak please do Dramatic Demonstration on How to SeLL Life Insurance to the Prospects Properly. Please upload the TH-cam video asap about this topic. Thanks 🙏
Awesome ! But what about inbound leads? If they call you straight up, how can you deliver insights or let them know w.i.i.f.m? You havnt had time to know anything about them
You're definitely know your field . Do you think averaging 8 to 9 leases a month , seven to 8 used cars and 3 to 5 small to mini deals , result about 20 to 22 cars a month which all add up to 14k a month ? Is that possible
Hi Matk, I know this video is two years old but I'm trying to catch up. My queation: If I'm not to follow my company's sales process (yes, they have a process, but it's basically what you call the "old approach" here.), then what should I follow? You steps feel, well not mushy, but non-existant? Several of your steps are literally what NOT to do. So, I work for a very large hone remodeling company specializing in bathtub to shower conversions. Our leads are generated for us, so no calling. Disqualifying a lead gets us in trouble. I connect with your insight step and your solve step. I've only been doing sales for 9 months, and my close rate is 78%, but I'm not making nearly enough money to pay my not-extravagent mortgage. Other than enrolling in your program, which I'm considering, do you have actual hard steps for someone like me, in my situation, to increase my income?
So honestly with this knowledge.. we sell website with SEO and everything but we have a script where we talk a lot about what we doing and everything.. and don’t really know which business to target can somebody help me out with a decent script and wich market.. and I hear a lot we already got a lot of clients.. we doing word to mouth marketing so we don’t need a website what can I say to those people ?
Extraordinary stuff worth Milliions. 👍, why Millions bcz this laid down sales process could fetch Millions if applied religiously while prospecting across the Industries.
I don’t see the point of the flow chart on the right. What you are talking about is not a sales process but interrelated individual key elements. Many of them are mind-set, best practices and strategies. Most of these key elements don’t have to be in particular order. However the left side is an old sales approach which is an action flow. I believe you are kinda comparing apple to orange here.

Talk about insight. A whole new way to perceive value to your clients. Very awesome!
Can you expand on this comment?
This is wonderful . It really taught us the 5 ways of powerful prospecting and seven ways of closing more sales.
Honestly this isn't really specific to a down market, it's just good sales practice in general for the educated consumer of today.

Covid isn't the problem, its leveraging it correctly that is holding you back. 🤜🤛
I’d like to learn how to make prospects WANT what I know they NEED.
I will get them on Monday master

Find your niche first . Build a sales funnel. Don't follow the scripts like robots. Do value based pricing

So what side is orange and what side is apple?
For some reason I get the feeling Marc has done merchant services sales. It must be those examples of wishy-washy prospects in the beginning. Hah.
謝謝先生
