Hello, Can you please let me know how much do the utility bills cost like electricity, water and gas per month approximately for a private housing for a 1 bedroom apartment?

Cost for 1-bedroom flat in London.
Deposit: 1 and half month rent
Electricity/Gas: £75 per month on average. (When you are using Heater in winter months it can cost £200 pm / Summer can cost £40 per month)
If you cook a lot, like every day, then utility bills can go higher).
Water bill: £25 pm (Fixed)
Broadband Internet: £30 pm (Fixed)
Council Tax: £125 pm
Phone SIM only contract: £18 pm (Unlimited calls, text, 125GB data pm) (usually 2 years of contract)
Free used furniture you can pick up from Gumtree if you have a car to pick up.
