Good info as usual. I would suggest people that they should negotiate a bit more initially rather than settling for what the recruiter offers because hardly there would be any hike or promotions happen here. It’s just my experience might differ case by case

If my bank statement is ready, got conditional offer letter and will get ielts result on this month end. So is one month enough for cas and visa process ??
Get unconditional ASAP, cas can be as quick 2 days and as late as a month so push ur agent or email the uni regularly. And go for priority visa instead of regular

With all Honesty not demotivating you but according to the current market, UK is not a great prospect anymore with Loads of Visa issues Companies are hesitant to sponsor. With all well wishes I am saying this . Point of views can differ but i like to look at the reality side of it so I informed you.
